BuySellexchangeLinks.Com is offering services as link brokers and will display your web-site in our inventory, following approval, for our advertising clients to browse when choosing links to purchase.
- - Link Quality Standards - -
BuysellexchangeLinks.Com and the signatory inventory partner both agree not to sell links to any web-sites of the following kinds:
- Adult web-sites ( unless said inventory partner's web-site IS ITSELF an adult web-site)
- Gambling web-sites (unless said inventory partner's web-site IS ITSELF a Gambling web-site)
- Pharmaceutical - includes any websites featuring drug brand names such as Viagra, Phentermine, etc. (unless said inventory partner's web-site IS ITSELF a pharmacy web-site)
- You will also be able to search and browse for web pages to buy links.
- Sites with a Google Page Rank of 0 or un-displayed Page Rank that is not obviously brand new
- Sites using content duplicated from other sites. (check for this by searching for said content in Google or Yahoo using "" around said content)
- - Link Placement Standards - -
You agree to place links for BuySellexchangeLinks.Com in a timely manner. We request turn-around time of 1-2 business days (M-F). If this proves to be a problem, we ask that you contact us so we can notify our clients accordingly.
- - Family Friendly and Non Controversial links - -
BuySellexchangeLinks.Com agrees to submit only family-friendly and non-controversial links, unless you agree to sell these types of links.
- - Creating Links - -
You agree that all links placed on your web-site on behalf of clients of BuySellexchangeLinks.Com will be coded directly in HTML, not through client-side or server-side scripting. (EXAMPLE: Link Text). The links must NOT include a rel="nofollow" attribute in the tag. The server that your web-site is hosted on cannot have a robots.txt file at the root that prevents spider indexing of any or all pages.
- - Maintaining Links - -
You agree to maintain links placed on any of your pages for a term of no less then 30 days from the date they are originally placed. You have the right of refusal on any link but once a link has been accepted the link must stay up for 30 days to fulfill agreement with clients. Otherwise, all the links will stay up on an auto recurring basis until we ask for them to be removed if necessary. If you decide for any reason to stop placing the links for us, we still require that all links stay up until 30 days after the day of placement.
- - Web-site Changes - -
You agree to contact us at least 30 days prior to making any changes to your web-site that will affect our links. These changes include:
- Removing pages that host our links, including changing the URL of pages that host our links
- Deciding not to host links on certain pages anymore
- Deciding to change the number of links allowed on any of the pages
- Changing ownership of your site
- - Contact - -
You agree not to contact any of our clients directly. You also agree not to place any links or other types of advertisements on your web-site(s) for any of our clients directly, in the event that they try to contact you (which is against the terms of sale the clients have agreed to as well).
- - Payment Schedule - -
BuySellexchangeLinks.Com will make payments at the end of every month and it can take up to 7-15 business days to process the payment. Each month we are paying the amount that is listed under "Earned Funds" in your account manager. This, in turn, means that we will not pay you for the month in which we request a link to be taken down if necessary.
We would request that the link be taken down on or near the same day of the month it was put up. This is the balance that ensures correct payment. In the event that we ask for a link to be taken down within 10 days of original placement because we never received payment from our client, we will not pay you for these links. Unfortunately, there will be instances where a client will be shown where the link was placed and is not satisfied with the placement and makes no payment. By not showing our clients your web-site before the link is placed, we are protecting your anonymity.

- - Risk - -
You agree that you are placing text links on your site at your own risk and that BuySellexchangeLinks.Com are not responsible for anything that may arise due to the links placed on your web-site.
- - Link Guarantees - -
You understand that we do not guarantee any number of links will be placed on your web-site at any time. You understand that we place your web-site into our inventory system and when our clients are interested in links on your web-site, we will notify you to place them. All placements are based on our client's demand for links and usually relevance is the main factor in their decision.
- - Terms of Service Guarantees - -
Any guarantee stated in the offer/agreement, is agreed to as written in this document and supersedes any and all other communications, whether electronic, written or verbal
- - Jurisdiction - -
The parties do hereby waive all questions of personal jurisdiction or venue for carrying out this provision.
- - Terms of Service Update - -
You understand that BuySellexchangeLinks.Com has the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be sent to you using the email address you signed up with above. Proof of the update notification is in our 'sent box', regardless of if you received it or not due to spam blockers, or any other reason/s etc. We would suggest that you adjust your settings to receive all emails from services@BuySellexchangeLinks.Com.
- - Contract Periods - -
This contract is month to month and will automatically renew each month until cancelled. A 30 day written notice is required for cancellation of this contract by either party. The exception would be if either party was to be found in breach of the contract in which time the contract could be terminated immediately given that a remedy is not found within 5 days of notice of breach.
- - Right to Notify - -
BuySellexchangeLinks.Com agrees that you may also sell advertising on the web-site not to exceed the number of sponsored links agreed to in this contract. You agree to notify BuySellexchangeLinks.Com of any new text link advertisers on your web-site. Once links are placed we must be allowed to continue the links on a monthly basis until the end of our contract. Grounds for removal would also include the evidence that a web-site is not compliant with our agreement of being family friendly and non-controversial.
